Tell us where financial data slows decisions.
Send a short message about your current finance stack, company form, and the decision that too often waits for information.
You'll get a direct response from the person building Vantnod. No bot loop. No heavy sales process. No need to write a perfect brief.
It's enough to say where the company operates, what runs the day-to-day finance work now, and where information turns too slow, scattered, or uncertain.

Privacy

Don't send sensitive attachments in the first message.
Vantnod is a finance cockpit. Financial data is handled only when agreed, not as an email attachment. This is part of how we build trust together from the start.
Not yet:
- personal identification numbers
- bank statements or banking data
- payroll or HR data
- receipts, invoices, or accounting files
- passwords or access credentials
Describe the situation at a general level first. If more detailed material is needed, we agree on a secure channel separately.
A good first message
02 / 07
What is useful to mention right away.
The more concrete the current state and friction point, the better the response. You don't need a perfect brief, a short, honest description is enough.

Start lightly
07 / 07
A short message is enough.
You don't need to wait until the situation feels "ready" for contact. The best moment to write is usually when something in day-to-day finance keeps staying unclear.
You get an answer from a person who carries responsibility for the product. The same person who builds, listens, and responds.
