Project billing
Log hours and tasks directly on the client project. When the work is done, you gather unbilled time entries and completed tasks into one reviewable invoice draft that no machine sends on your behalf.
Budget hours and realized hours are visible on the project, so billing catches up before the budget surprises you. What works today and what is being built, we say plainly.
A client project gathers tasks, time entries, and invoicing base data into one view, together with the customer and the hourly rate.
Every time entry is billable, internal, reserved on a draft, or invoiced. Status updates from server-confirmed records.
Pick the unbilled hours and completed tasks, and Vantnod gathers them into an invoice draft. The draft opens in the invoice studio for review and leaves only with your separate confirmation.
The project's hour budget and hours used are visible in the same view. You see used hours against the budget and the unbilled entries before the budget runs out.
Aino surfaces completed billable tasks and late work as suggestions. The decision to invoice is always a human's.
The decision and delivery queue driven by quotes is in preview. It shows the pipeline but doesn't yet drive production actions.
Pairing invoices with bank transactions opens when the PSD2 connection is ready. We don't show a connected bank before it's real.
Evidence
In project billing, an error costs you directly in the client relationship. That's why Vantnod's draft is always a reviewable intermediate step: time entries trace to the work done, the invoice leaves only on your confirmation, and every version stays immutable.
